If Haachama wants to get better at english she needs to surround herself with people who speak it and use it at much as possible, especially off stream. There are currently twelve other english speaking members she could be communicating with (EN+ID+Coco), but aside from conversation, she could try reading english comments online. Maybe go egosearching on the english internet.
She could also try audio books. She really struggles with listening to other english speakers sometimes, and listening to audio books would be a good way to improve her comprehension without the risk of embarrassment, since she seems really reluctant to use her english in front of other JP members. (See Holo Sports Festival when she was asked to explain the rules of a game to Risu, or the talk stream after HoloFes where she refused to say anything in english when Rushia asked her to.
Beyond that, consuming more english media. TV shows, Movies, maybe even games without EN translations like A Way Out. Or she could try playing the English version of DDLC. Maybe she can get a bookwalker sponsorship and read an english translated novel or manga on stream.

After Haachama's famous spicy noodle stream she announced her original song. During RFA's superchat section she said she wanted to release the MV the full version of RED HEART soon, so I personally expect an announcement during this stream.
