True, though I figured that Oomukawaiis could make up for the lack in potency with raw quantity. After all, they have 4 venom-producing parts, right? The 4 "fangs" on their neck, the two stingers on their tail-end, and the two fangs they keep hidden in the mouth. Being localized, then, is not as rrestrictive when you can cover a fairly wide area, yeah? Imagine if she were to kiss your neck, using her mouth fangs to inject venom into you there, her four neck "fangs" sink into your chest near your heart, and that leaves the tail stingers to strike wherever she pleases.
