i think demons should take a human form. then, when after dating a human man for a while, she reveals her monstrous true form. this could lead to multiple interesting events. like, right before the man has sex with her human form, she reveals her true form because she wants him to start being comfortable with her true form all for having sex unlike any kind between a man and a monster girl

Just think about it. You work at GenericCo and out of the blue you get a new manager. She's the best boss you've ever had, great management skills, always charming, and she's one of the most attractive women you've seen in your life. Everyone gets along with her. Then she starts spending time with all your female coworkers. Nothing odd about that, they just talk over lunch about things you can't hear.

But then you notice changes in them. they seem more confident then before, more charismatic, and sometimes you can swear they're staring at you and the other men and whispering to each other. You know something is up at this point and decide to see if you could get transferred because you're getting bad vibes. A few days after this, you're packing up to leave when you try the door. It won't open. You ask the other men in the lobby what's wrong, and they have no idea why the door is jammed, and their phones aren't working. Turning around, you see your manager and female coworkers approach. Then they drop their human forms.

For a man that has no idea that Demons exist, it would be something out of a horror movie.
