I am certain Shion isnt going to graduate cuz she has nothing else in her life to make money, and even if she did, Hololive is literally the only business that will be mindful of Shion current depressive state.
In fact no Holo will graduate by their own volition because being a Holo member is just too easy and undemanding. It would be like refusing free money.
