VH4 as far as I recall was okay I guess if you don't mind some /d/ stuff and heavy emphasis on the violated part. The girls are fairly sadistic there.
The gameplay is minimal and Lillith basically does all the work except for when she isn't available. The story is not much, though I guess it does surprise you a bit at the end if you expected it to turn out like MGQ (similar set-up)
The art is nice for the most part and all the scenes are voice acted. I really only played it for Lilith (picrel) her scenes are my favorite.
Haven't played VHIII aside from watching some scenes long time ago.
Didn't really like the VH4 alraune (even without the thorn pussy), the VHIII one looks much better, but I can't judge the scene fully as I haven't played it, I am just going off what I see on the screenshot.
