I don't see any hard evidence that supports the idea of Remi not being corpsy.
Plus, there's her IN profile, which states the following:

Since reproduction is tied to physical maturity, it would also imply an inability for her kind of vampire towards sexual reproduction, while her EoSD profile already claimed that Remilia was unable to make more vampires due to her inability to drink enough of her victim's blood, without any suggestion of alternative methods being available.

Either way, since Remilia is an eternal child, she will never have a period and is effectively infertile. Nobody needs to worry about her ever siring vampiric offspring with them.
