Forever21 is also decent, but fuck their website and fuck their shipping. You might actually be better off going to ebay and getting some from China, but they're usually lower quality (And smell like fish for the first few days).

I still don't know where to buy Shimipan besides Jlist, but like shit I'm supporting that site.
