It's explained in detail in Umineko. They are the same entity, but not the same people. How they appear in the same fragment is a bit of a silly question, why would it be strange to have a being who exists in a realm where time is vague enter the same fragment twice?

they are the same entity but not the same person, don't know how many times i have to tell people to read featherine's first scene which explains it. we also know that at least satoko of the 34s had memory issues after an unfathomably long amount of time as vier or whoever. and also, time outside of a story is vague, so discussions like this are mostly pointless. only discussions inside stories have meaning.

Inside stories, not outside them. Featherine explains all the essential concepts in the first scene she appears in, and from the beginning of WTC Rika's had 'future' knowledge from other arcs.

the plushie, vier, LD, miyao, etc. are meta references that serve no purpose in Gou but add additional connections between different WTC stories (mainly to make it clear that yes ciconia is connected to higurashi and umineko)
satoko began looping because eua did it
mirror world theory: eua is making a saikoroshi-like thing for satoko for fun, with bitch rika, mirrored statue and other things, satoko not dying before starting to loop, and entering a whole wall of fragments instead of a single one
for hanyuu disappearing the manga proveds an answer (see following image)

there are a number of unresolved things that there's no point in discussing until Sotsu such as the level of faking satoko was doing during tatari, the sword fragment, what happens after the guntoko scene, etc.
