OK, so some women have few issues and some have more issues. there's a chance that non of them have bad period cramps and a feeling of sickness in the first place. and if they tend to have them rarely then they can take readily available medication, like ibuprofen.
if any love live seiyuu suffers from more severe period issues on a regular basis then they'll have to address the issues with their doctor anyway and find a fitting medication/treatment.
but under no circumstance would they announce that a seiyuu is missing due to serious period cramps.
