Could you explain what in the profile text goes against Nav's design? I just don't see how being "genki" need be impossible to fit into a lich's defined traits. A bit unusual perhaps, but far from impossible. A genki/energetic lich could still be focused on the pursuit of knowledge, a loner by nature, etc.
