Start with regular green tea (If you're making it yourself, make sencha instead of macha.) so you can get a good taste of it, then go into the black teas. My favorite type, by far, is oolong tea. It's pretty hard to over or understeep so you can't fuck up, and usually I can steep the same leaves upwards of five times. English breakfast is good too, assam goes best with milk. Earl greys are kinda good, but nothing too exciting. I say go for all of them and find out which one you like the best.

I don't know, but historically, tengu have been close allies to humans when it came to warfare and combat techniques, hell, some of them WERE humans themselves , so it's not farfetched to say they're interested in humans.
The fact that Aya runs an exclusive version of the Bunbunmaru just for humans shows that she's no exception to the rule. That and the fact that she's one of Gensokyo's most avid users of human technology (Photography and printing) and human culture (Reading periodicals), and I think it's same to assume that you can talk to her about pretty much anything technology related and she'd be down to it.

Or just be her drinking buddy, alcohol usually does the job.
