Sakuya-B has great scoring potential, but if we're talking purely survival (and I think we are from context) Sakuya-B is irredeemable.

She has poor range.
She has poor damage.
Her bomb is short and also does zero damage.

There is nothing she excels at unless you're playing for score.

The only way you could call her "perfectly useable" is if your definition of useable is just "it is not literally impossible to clear the game with this shottype."
