I'm guessing that whoever is holoEN was someone who got hired as a manager, but was also a potential chuuba. This also confirms that AO-chan is the same AO that is in Ina's chat, who is another manager.

Ame is pretty good at playing support when collabing despite being super toxic when on her own.
Honestly everyone has their own dynamic issues with collabs, but Ames really good at playing off of her partners.
