I was wondering if the organizer or if AKS is the one to decide the members to send, most likely a back and forth. But Karen announced graduation a few days ago. From a heartless practical shitbag point of view, it would be best to send Hiyuka or even a 17th gen that was in senbatsu instead of Karen. If AKS knew about Karen's graduation, but still let her perform, then this would be a great gesture since this would be Karen's last send off to a mission.
