-Noshiro will receive her Kai-II by the Spring.
-The Setsubun 2021 festival is underway and is scheduled to end on Feb 5. There are 5 time-limited Setsubun quests available, 1 daily PVP, 3 weeklie sortie, and a One-Time Only expedition quest. Completing Setsubun quests rewards beans which can be exchanged for various rewards. The most expensive exchanges are bombers Hiryuu at 29 beans and Ginga at 20 beans.
-Kuma has received a convertible remodel. Her Kai-II is a slightly stronger version while her Kai-IID is able to equip midget subs but unable to equip torpedo mounts and seaplanes.
-3 new quests have been implemented.
-For a limited time, Shinshuu Maru is dropping from 2-3, Noshiro from 2-5, and Jingei from 6-1
-It is now possible to improve and upgrade the land-based T96 and Hiryuu into T1 and Hiryuu (skilled) respectively through Akashi's arsenal. It is also possible to improve the land-based FB Hayabusa 65 and Daihatsu.
-The December ranking rewards have been distributed. The new equipment is the Do 217 K-2 + Fritz-X and Do 217 E-5 + Hs293 (Initial Model).
-New and returning Setsubooon seasonal CGs and voice lines have been implemented. New and returning furniture has been implemented. Several ships have received slight stat buffs.
-As of the Feb 28, 2020 maintenance, due to the ongoing DDoS attacks, measures have been taken that requires players from certain countries to use a Japanese IP address to connect to the Login servers. After getting to the start screen it's possible to disconnect from the VPN and continue playing without it. If you still encounter connection issues try clearing your cache and changing your time zone to JST. These countermeasures are temporary as of right now. EN EO now bypasses the block. Another possible workaround is using https://github.com/Tibowl/KCCacheProxy
