I'd not be too worried about what they turned into as long as they know what they'll be getting themselves into and and fully conscious and willing about getting monsterized. As much as I want monsters to be real, the moment actual rape and corruption happens to those I care about (and those I don't really care about) is the moment I start contemplating going full Order, even if it'd amount to nothing in the end.
