I don't know, I wrote that as a joke and didn't really think about it too hard. There would probably be some manner of magic involved if that scanario would actually play out. As funny as it sounds to just climb back into Junko's vagina and come out once she's married, it would be more likely that your soul would be transferred into a fertilized egg in her womb and the rest would happen naturally.
