Basically it's going to be about a guy who's stuck with a demon who starts off sweet and innocent but eventually degrades into sitting naked on his face.

I want the cockblock just to piss of the main character and make him resist her advances until he breaks and splits her in half like firewood.

An understandable motivation is a good one

"I'm afraid of sex" isn't understandable for a character who has past puberty who isn't a horribly abused basketcase. I'm not into that sort of thing.
