Assuming you're automatically generating cards using Nazeka, set up your live mining like so:
Expression = context
Reading = nothing (you will need to generate this field using the Japanese Support add-on linked above)
Vocab = found_spelling
Vocab Reading = readings
Vocab Meaning = definitions_raw
Vocab Audio = audio_anki
^So long as you keep all these constant, you can switch between the above templates as you please.

If you're doing everything manually:
Expression = Sentence
Reading = Sentence with furigana
Vocab = Word in the Sentence field you made the card for
Vocab Reading = Reading of the word in the Vocab field
Vocab Meaning = Meaning/definition of the word in the Vocab field
Vocab Audio = Audio of the word in the Vocab field
