stupid question but what's the difference between doing a filtered deck sorted by relative overdueness and just limiting your reviews and having new cards at 0 when trying to catch up on a backlog (assuming you want to get through a set amount a day)

stupid question but do you do something like the core 2k deck before sentence mining right? obviously finding i+1 sentences during the beginning would be like hitting a wall so you'd do a deck with common words and then after getting yourself a based start finding i+1 sentences which should appear much more often right?
