People discussing Otaku Culture in the Otaku Culture board where more than half of the board is just threads where nothing is discussed is more than evidence that there's space for discussion of other topics within Otaku Culture as long as posters are willing to discuss them.

Clearly you don't since you're arguing that a subsect of the board needs special treatment beyond the rules. If you've been paying attention to 4stats you must have also noticed that new threads have significantly slowed down compared to the 22nd, from 20/h down to 5/h currently (2/h is the usual).

This but for you. I have plenty of /jp/ interests besides Hololive. There's room for discussion, you're not entitled to thread space, Vtubers are Otaku Culture for the time being and they should be allowed to be discussed on the board freely if the users so choose to.

Clearly not since thread creation speed does not hinder people from posting within threads; of course if they expect to post every other 6 hours and sage their replies maybe they don't have anything worthwhile to discuss to begin with.

Take it easy.
Maybe they shouldn't make threads as often if they're going to not get replies for hours because they're stale topics that have no discussion surrounding them. Generals are an entitlement, not a right: These posters can and will continue to make threads if these topics have other people that want to discuss them.
