The only compelling reason you would want this is that you want to drink her blood. Drinking blood has a whole host of health benefits. It's a practice done by many people throughout the ages and even in the modern day. Some African tribes drink blood from their herds and even invited westerners to live with them, those same westerners drinking blood as well. The mongols use to drink blood from their horses and the Nenets of North Siberia also drink blood (alongside eating raw meat). But i return to my initial question ...why? Hurting her in this manner out of morbid curiosity or for blood drinking is very mean. She isn't an animal, you know? It would be better if you drank her breast milk instead. Both of you would enjoy that and it wouldnt be needlessly grotesque and inhumane. It would give health benefits as well and quite frankly it would taste better. You could also drink Keine's milk as well, hmmm ...
