I think Yuuka is one of ZUN's most utilized/developed character that's not the main protagonists. She appeared in four games(I'm counting Seihou 2) and has four unique themes. The only ones with more unique themes (no remixes like Love Colored Magic->Master Spark) is Marisa and Reimu depending on how you look at it (the original Maiden's Cappricio shared a part with Vessel of Stars). It's a wonder why ZUN doesn't include her in more games or even the manga.
