as a guramebro, these last 2 weeks have literally been blessed.
im afraid that we've hit the peak, though, and that we might never get (by gurame standards) such a kino 2-week period ever again.

i cant go one second without thinking about them.
i hope they find happiness. i hope they plan 3 gurame collabs next week.

speaking of the recent 51 stream, only during gurame streams will we ever see the two converse naturally, talk about themselves, their lives, their lore, drop the kayfabe. not just restrict everything to game-relevant topics. additionally, they'll bants and make cute wagers, which was absoLUTEly kino. ame, being a 1300 ranked chess player, purposely delayed the game so gura could learn more of the game, and because she was having so much fun with her.
gura has two karaokes this week. ame is there for the first, from start to finish. commenting throughout. tweeting throughout. gura sees her comments, messages, it makes her break character and laugh midway through some of the songs, she loves her. ame afterwards, said that guras karaoke made her cry.
guras has her second karaoke this week. knowing that ame is busy with her mc stream (commented on it prior), she can finally unravel and release her pent up emotions and feelings for her. dedicating THREE songs to her, TWO love songs (one made her cry while singing it), calling ame HER sunshine. it's just.. too much. i can't. i kneeled. i cried. this is in front of our very eyes, genuine, authentic relationship building, between two very broken people, that have somehow found one another to help piece themselves together.
then, after the karaoke, gura immediately goes back to ames stream and starts chatting to her. its just fucking KINO how they're always in the others chat, and when they see each other, they immediately start talking and conversing, like they're the only ones in the world.
ame shows up at the end of guras outlast stream and gura immediately gushes over her and asks for a duo collab for the new outlast thats coming, too. GURA NEVER INITIATES COLLABS, but she's just that close with ame.
at the end of it all, ame will be there for gura, and gura will be there for ame. they've formed a friendship that will last long after hololive, and it will continue to shape and define them and the decisions they make in life. i love gurame.
