It blows my mind it took this long for hololive to start an English stream. Sure china has money, and indonesia is an emerging marker. But when you hit english you get like half the planet of english speaking weebs. Every first language country. And then every other country that was forced to learn english as a secondary language for films, books and other media. I've had mates in uni that straight up tell me they learned english from dragonball and playing MMOs (I'm in europe so most continental servers are a mess of different european nations) And english is the goto for organizing raids and shit.

Why go to china and indonesia and 4 other generations before getting a fully english speaking idol?
