Pumped and dumped, playing long games everyone else is playing is a big mistake during early days. The viewers need a chance to get to know you before they're willing to sit through content they've already seen other holos do. The first month should be reserved for carving your niche and giving a wide range of content so people know what to expect from you. Even Iroha with Jump King was a better move because no one else is doing it now (haachama only did it once and started later) and it never had a real arc. Ideally she would be doing a different game or topic each time around to give various groups of people a reason to check her out past the debut and have a chance to form a connection
