The letters here are separated and the direction of reading is inverted, that because the computer that wrote it doesn't have position-sensitive Arabic installed on.
The correct way is to join the letters and read it from right to left:

مسمس اي حتفا -Jointed & LtoR
ا ف ت ح ي ا س م س م -Separated & RtoL
افتح يا سمسم -Jointed & RtoL (Arabic Installed)
