Well yeah, but it doesn't help that alot of authors who're especially pretentious like to use effluvial as an end-all to unpleasant odors. Take the Black Library book Master of Death, where the main character wakes up after God knows how long and immediately decides that the dry, dusty smell of his crypt is "effluvial".

Well now that I'm actually back at the computer I'll give you the Cliff Notes version.

Once, there was a certain thread dwelling faggot who's known to gush about stuff they absolutely love like a broken record that used to push the idea of a sort of Reich structure to Werewolves calling it "Schwarzwulf" like a Germaniboo. They decided to write a work in progress story and post it to the thread, and it had some pretty fucking stupid contrived shit that weren't really necessary.

Shit like three Tanukis raping a shota "just because", a completely unnecessary and actually pretty fucking furfaggotry tier transformation by the titular wolfu into an actual lycanthrope and more clichés than Alpy's saturday morning cartoons.

I wouldn't be as salty if it had been executed well because I'm personally a massive WW II buff and the fact that outside of that one Nazi Hellhound/Werewolf story from a while back fucking nothing else came from it. Last I remember the same person did a shitty Jub-Jub story and then cried bitch tears when nobody liked it, never to write again.
