Hey; looking for some 2hu remixes that are more kind of chill in nature. WAVE is pretty good but some of their stuff is a bit more hectic.

>> No.10099015

Why don’t you listen to real music
that is kind of chill in nature?

Why must it be Touhou?

Ahem. Aside from having a chill/soundscape album coming out; I've been tearing through the following chillaxable electronic artists:

Carbon Based Lifeforms
Solar Fields
Aes Dana
Gas
Geotic(Baths side project, actually better than his main stuff)
Múm
Boards of Canada
Toro Y Moi
Nosaj Thing
Brian Eno
Tangerine Dreams
Aether
Lamb
Pogo
Burial

And a number of Shoegaze, metalgaze artists for good measure.

I'm looking for writing music basically. I really ZUN melodies and the like but I want it in a more chill format. I've been tearing through my existing collection at too fast a rate(getting bored of albums quickly) but with chill stuff I tend to take time to actually get into it, so remixes of something familiar would help.

This is /jp/, where anything Touhou, is related to the topic of the board.

Please, at least tell me you post cute pics on a regular basis?

Please do not attempt to counter shitposts with more shitposts.

Afterall, if someone shits on your floor, you do not shit upon it oncemore to fix the problem, now, do you?

Together, we can create a better /jp/.

I thought about following my own advice, but I wanted to take the opportunity to be snide myself. I figured this discussion we're having might happen, but I went against my better judgement.

I am sorry and I won't do it again.

Btw here's a few tracks from my upcoming chillaxe/soundscape album. It's actually kinda Yume Nikki influenced so I might theme it around that.

Going to save this thread, though hopefully it'll still be up tomorrow.

Here's the rest of my stuff, though most of it isn't chillaxe and some of it that is, isn't up yet.

Also, I'm a big fan of 24 Effects. Escape Flight in particular is awesome.

Some of the chill stuff I've been listening to was recommended to me by someone from Ubochan actually (NamBread) she has very cool taste in stuff. She also showed me Air France, Psapp and a few others, who I've also been listening to while writing.

Loscil - Plume
Global Communications - 77
Vomir - Claustration
Antonia de Braga - Drone's Symphony
Gas - Pop
Celer - Brittle
Tim Hecker is p cool too.

I only have a few Touhou arrangement albums to recommend:

noil - The Butterfly Effect (Circle: QWEASAR)
Ruxia - Astronomy (Circle: Ruxia)
nekutsu - 東方UnderDrive (Circle: WhiTECHNO)
キリナギ - daisy strategy (Circle: miskyworks)

I haven't been keeping up with anything in like the last two years so I cannot recommend specific circles or artists.

I'd also recommend checking out Aus, Saltillo, Oneohtrix Point Never, DJ Krush, and The Orb.

That was originally a troll song I made but people ended up liking it. All the Demoscene heads made these cheesy ass chiptunes when we have compos, I got tired of it so I went a bit mental.

The footage got messed up too. It missed a lot of the really crazy noise making I did, but you kind of get the idea. I like being purposely abrasive sometimes.

Also, I'll probably be playing it tomorrow, but I'll be adding in some metal guitar and renaming it "Chiptunes are Br00tal."

Hoping to not get the shit kicked out of me by Limerick metal-heads.

Any chance those n-tone albums are available pre-ripped as Mp3s? It seems like an awkward way of storing them.

If someone uploads them I might upload some stuff in return.
