Depends on what you want. For pop albums there's the TamStar Records compilation, 8#Prince's new album, and AVTechNO!'s new album. If you want some more avant garde stuff, there's the Pi compilation album and coda, the 3rd album in the irregular time compilation album series. And there's UtsuP's new EP if you want metal.

Not really a lot of new vocaloid albums come out at Comiket, since Vomas is usually a few weeks before it anyway. There might be other albums I didn't list because I didn't care enough.

UTAU itself is freeware, like most of the voice-banks.
But not all of them are free.
For example, Macne Nana is ~1000 yen.

If they release it on PSN you can download it normally by using JP PSN cards. So far there's no digital release planned, since Diva F is a standalone game. If you buy the package version it won't be region locked because as far as I know the only region locked game on the PS3 is Persona 4 Arena.

This is exactly what I did with UTAU, fuck most of the Western ones, they all sound like literal shit anyway, so I downloaded the Vipperloids/popular japanese banks and stuck with them. At least they sound good and the voices have character to them like a Vocaloid.

Pleb, I have Diva 2nd on a pretty UMD I can hold. Plus y'know, the PSP's region free and you can pick up one extremely cheap now. I only got mine for Miku games.

Also I have limited edition of album posted above and I love it to bits, DVD's good enough, though I was disappointed there wasn't the PV for Distorted Princess on it.

I recommend PD 2nd as well, personal favourite track list and it was also what helped me got into Vocaloid.

Extend is also good, there's a bigger focus on other Vocaloid characters. If you really liked 2nd you should move onto Extend for more.

I never played the first one but I heard there's some framerate issues with it so I can't really say much on that. However the the other games also feature a few tracks from the first so you might not be missing too much.

Unfortunately Black Rock Shooter is only featured on Project Diva f for the Vita and the upcoming updated release for the PS3.

I actually don't remember ever having framerate issues except on a couple songs, but in any case the first game is balls terrible as a rhythm game. The scoring system is total crap (the -only- thing that matters is the chance time) and the only song with any difficulty just requires wild jamming on a single button over and over.
