Momiji would probably be the best bet to learn some actual survival skills from. Youmu might be a good choice as well, since it's highly doubtful you'd learn magic in just one month, but for someone poor, I think the blanketed survival skills Momiji could probably teach you is better than the swordsmanship Youmu could teach you.

I'd pick Reimu. She's blunt-talking, laid-back, lazy, and likes to take it easy, a lot like me. If nothing else, I'm sure even my work ethic is better then hers, so I could get into her good graces by picking up around the shrine a bit and/or doing everything she's too damn lazy to do.

After the month is up, I'll ask her to ask Yukari to send me home, and if Yukari won't gap me back, I'll ask Reimu to open the Great Barrier and at least send me back to Japan.
