There is a Finnish Touhou forum. That girl has made 4 or 5 different users there. Every time someone insults her she deletes her account and week after she comes back with a slightly different nickname. She can't draw really well, her music sucks donkey balls and she can't listen friendly critique. I've seen her a couple of times in Finnish conventions and she's about the same IRL and online.

To "not put copyright", you have to explicitly put something in the public domain. According to the Berne Convention, which Japan (and the US and most developed countries for that matter) have signed, works are automatically put under an extremely restrictive copyright license by default.

ZUN's "derivatives" are not derivatives in the legal sense, so he has copyright over his work, as is default for anything. He is putting copyright there implicitly by distributing the work.

Assuming a near infinite number of clocks and walls, one does need clock hanger to hang clock. It's actually pretty logical. We wouldn't have the place to live if there wasn't clock hanger to put all the clocks in all the walls. It's a fairly physical work.

Nansei is such a great Touhou derived fan art. The music she composes, even if it is being Touhou derived music, it has a great recreation of the Touhou feeling itself, in a way that also makes her music catchy and nice to the ear. Her drawings I have seen lots of them, she is a skilled one. Yes, I know the author of Nansei, talked with her and anything and I admire her in many many ways. Yes, it is Derivated from Touhou but it is not bad to do something derivated from Touhou, partly because of the license and the other part because she is making obvious it is a fandom.

Probably I don't know her IRL but from what I can tell, she is such a great person, someone joyful, really beautiful also. Think that a virtuous girl with that musical and artistic skill at 18 years is someone to admire, also her cosplays are great, specially if you notice she makes cosplays fast and great at the same time.

I can't wait for more Nansei art and music, Finrando is one of my favorites ;D
