after 3 months of doing frequently exercises, i thought i'll be a macho mokou, but i'm still skinny fat like always. the good thing is, that i can now do sports activities without having muscle aches or feeling faintness the next couple of days. i trained primary because i always wanted to make a big hiking trip.

Hiking is cool, dude.

I mainly like to just stick with resistance exercising. Like I do a lot of push-ups, pull-ups, curl-ups, and such. Having a Roman chair, or a standing one, helps with this and is easy to keep in your room.
Lifting weights is too much strain for me, I like to take it easy. The heaviest thing you have to lift in your life is yourself, so it's important to always have enough strength to pull yourself up.

I got one on a crazy sale at a department store for like $15.
Easy to keep in your room so you don't need to go outside unless for walks. Good for your arms and core. Still need to work on your legs though elsewhere.
