Also, kinda related, kinda unrelated, but I've spent the last three days looking up clothe/tissue dolls and the various options.

So I came to the conclusion was either:

a) Being ghetto and going for a fairy doll + usahane face mask (left of pic).

It was one of my first holes, bought it along with Rina about 2 years ago.
It's soft on the outside, normal (medium) in terms of firmness and stimulation on the inside, has nicely varied tunnel (fat ribs in the first half, gentle bumps further in) and is fleshy enough.
