Help! Something weird is happening to my GSR Ensemble. Sometimes during battle she suddenly glow blue, her hp bar turn purple and the soldier number triple but it doesn't actually triple. I test her Att and it is the same. When she is attacked, she got damage as usual and the purple bar turn blue again .

Even FAWs are not a big deal if you play your cards right. I rejoined during the Sulis event and made a team with 3 of her plus a turn skipper and a 300% buffer, which can handle FAWs fairly reliably within around 15 turns.

Yes and no. The biggest problem with FAW is the Aoe, the longer the fight the worse it is. My glass canon team is HUR Mjornir, HUR Hebe, HUR oracle Ascendant, HUR Huanlong and UR Prometheus. I still got one shot regularly and have to depend on FAW for 100% kill.

Would be awesome to have 3 Huang Long + 2 Oracle/William . I got 100 Huang Long kills still only the safe reward so far + 4 spirit almagation. I wonder if I can get 6 Huang Long before the event ends. Or should I try to get another 4 spirits?

This event uses the progress point system so you can get 2 PST and 1 UST. The AWs have fairly generic skills, however the FAW Huang Long is the first FAW ever that have a teambuff skill (although it's only 100% ATK and DEF, but you can awaken her and increase it to a whooping 200% ATK and DEF). Not to mention her art is gorgeous.

It is kinda funny how all of you are making it seems like getting Huang Long to GUR is something easy to do.

The people who need her the most probably don't have enough shoes to farm the materials needed. Not only that, but since they need her on their team, that mean they don't have a good team to take down FAW and you have to fight them alone in Witch Gate.

So, don't expect making her to GUR and just use the HUR version if you don't have anything better.

As for this event, not ranking but damn.. loving it. Got my first GUR HL, only failed once. Now on my way to make second perfect amalga. Just need 2 azures (rng bites me here) 1 tiger and 1 tortoise.

Aming for two GUR HL, she is way better than my HUR RR buffers (stocking master, clockmaster).. that 200% def is great help with FAW AOE. If multi proced with sulis.. damn 400% and FAW aoe did only 4k damage.

How outdated is a debuffer team?
Back then when AW didn't have the annoying skills, like the 3-turn-death skill, debuffers was decent as AW killers. Now, I'm not so sure since I see myself getting killed more often.

I'll stick with my debuff team a little longer since I have nothing better to use but what team should I make/focus on in the future? I want something easy to make, as in a team that doesn't rely on a bajillion medals.

You could get away with maxing the skill of only the 3 sulis, and you'll want to max the attack of the 300% self buffer. The deck can still function with the 300% self buffer at base attack, but you'll need an extra proc on her to reach 999k damage.

I`ve spend like 2 events sending my AW/FAWs to people, until I managed to build decent team. Use your free gems too upgrade magic school and send away. This way you get 1BP kills instead of wasting 2-5BP to kill on your own.

When you poke someone else's AW, does it counts towards the heart bonus thing? Assuming it's killed.
If not then I don't think I can get the hearts on Huang Long to get another one to evolve it.

Flo is brand new and the RNG loves dropping new cards. The number of SR cards with Infinite heals can be counted on one hand.

Goes well with those Attack down cards you have. Unfortunately Attack Down has less use now ever since Archwitches started clearing the field of buffs even when they've only got Attack down on themselves. But better than nothing.

Debuffer teams are completely useless with the new 3 turn kill skill, it completely defeats the purpose, because your cards will die anyway. After that change there is no reason to bother with attack down, they wont be able to kill AWs anyway. This alos makes healers useless in most cases, so really those R cards are gone, keep them if you think they are cute.

I'm fairly new and i'm using the tortoise for debuff and a healer and it's helping me a shit-ton. Yes, sometimes my Dark Santa's gonna get doomed, but it just means i have to spend 2 bp's instead of 1. I'm heavily bottlenecked by vitality anyway so it's whatever.

AoE cards are really useful for the small units, your critters usually don't have infinite procs, so you will have to tap them down, which gives the FAW more turns to AoE/remove buffs. AoE is really good.

First, that's once in a lifetime miracle luck, so feel happy. AoE are the best since they added minions to FAWs that let's you hit all three targets for max damage.

Seeing how your buffers are from summons, that means they are probably %350 or more atk up, so AoE cards can hit max damage even more often than usual, in your case.

Your ideal team will be 3 buffers and 2 AoE and watch them constantly hit for max damage.

Nubee took those AoE rank rewards like Netherworld Princess, Linus, Nuisance, Tatara, and Saffron which were underpowered and made them a top cards that were on par with summon AoE. It was nice to see that for a little bit, in this one category of card, free players could obtain one of the best cards in the game, that weren't strictly inferior by some measure. Not sure if an HSR will hit max with a single buff proc, but it should be close with level 10 element towers and everything. Anyway, a critter is still going to be good now in this situation, it's just that AoE will take advantage of the extra buffing power since you won't need crits to hit max damage soon. The crits will be better for now that you don't have them maxed. Great, those buffs will be useful to the end.

Sure. Scylla is still an infinite critter and Lilim is still a 1000x buffer. You can still use them to kill archwitches. Fantasy Arcwitches will give you a bit of trouble because of their minions but 1 proc by Lilim will slaughter them easily. It'll just take 2 rounds to kill them off instead of 1 because you don't have an AOE and even if you did you can't guarantee Lilim will proc on your AOE. My biggest worry is that my critter only gets 2 procs and if I use them they'll miss the FAW and hit her minions. You don't have that worry.

If you want to take a shortcut for leveling, upgrading her using a single lv 30 slime + Arcana Training + Arcana's Blessing will give enough exp to level up an SR to max level.

Depends where you look, I picked my killers/traders/senders from the /jp/ google doc and the wiki comrade section. The wiki one tends to be more effective since people have to input the data each time a new event comes around. Having a good alliance to help you also goes a long way.

Some people are going for the event UR and hunting the normal AW's over the FAW, so that's a factor.

Well, they are crazy strong. If you don't mind having the same card twice then why not.
UR/HURs are stronger than SR which means they have a bigger chance to survive and can deal more damage White Tiger's skill has 5% less chances to trigger, but it raises the attack 300%, GUR Huang Long however raises defense 200% to make up for the lower attack buff which means you have a chance at surviving AW wave.
Personally I'd go with 2 GUR Huang Longs over GUR Huang Long and White Tiger. Unless you don't have a better AoE buffer, there is no reason to use HUR Huang Long though. 100% is not much.

Helpful answer: At high levels with max out temples you have over 200 vitality. With maxed out magic school you should have a much higher encounter rate like once aw every 2-3 steps (rough guess).

At higher levels it's the other way around, I usually run out of BP before I run out of vit when hunting AWs, I have a level 10 magic school so i usually get an AW ever 1-2 steps, which also helps a lot. So basically, max out your magic school and you will get more AW encounters, and at higher levels you will need swords instead of shoes. And swords are easier to get of course.

If you can't kill the FAWs alone, there is no point in doing the witch gates, since you wont be able to do it anyway. But as soon as you can kill your FAWs in a couple of BP even, you should do the witch gates. Of course you should only do with gates if you have cards you want to upgrade with the materials. It's all about how you feel about your ability to kill alone and the need for materials.

Well, she is a single target buffer, so you want to put her in a team with cards that have maxed attack first of all. And well, after that, I would use 2 AoE cards, a team buffer and a turn-skipper. Other teams could also work, I think you should try out a couple of different combinations with the cards you have. I would not use her with critters though, because a 1000% buff on something that already deals so much damage is completely unnecessary, team buffers with 200-400% are better with critters.

Under the fight tab, it's the number of people who have attacked the AW. It's the blue comrade icon.

If your wondering, the number next to the same icon on the Finish tab shows how many other people participated in the AW kill, not including yourself. (Therefore it will always be one less.)

She is a bare minimum 26000 points per battle to get 600,000 points before event end. it can be done with fever time but you'd better be prepared to go full force every round or spam rods.
