Out of all the things I've seen, this one doesn't even show the inner textures. They're too restrictive on the size of the machine and that shows with the flopping in the gif. There's a few other machines that you can place under your thighs when lying down, or your butt when sitting, that moves a piston up and down. You can design and rig them yourself if you have the proper equipment and materials. A resident ElecSystems Engi here has plans on making one based off a vid, but I'm not sure about how it goes.

The biggest problem about these in the current market is that the method of stimulation through movement, is stagnant and consistent. You can go for a variety of positions, pressures and even accentuating textures and points in the onaho by your hand or a hands-free method.

As always, the limitation with this technology is the freedom of movement. I was going to ask other engineering anons how feasible designing and making a mechanical jaw to attach MoT or similar, would be. As for the falcon, I've played around with a similar model attached to a Mars Rover simulator in a science expo in Tokyo. I'm not sure about the hardware, but I'm happy with it. The software is what needed to be worked on, since sometimes the controller bugged out and treated some new position as its resting position.

Software-wise, you'll have pressure sensors along with actuators. If a sensor exceeds a value, it's on, and if the actuator(as in putting pressure on your dick) presses on it, it'll need to change the base activation value for the sensor. Basically, what you want is to sense the length of your penis inside the hole, which will then tell whatever software that you're in X amount of the way. The speed between sensor activation will determine the speed of your thrusts ingame.

As for software intergration in different programs, they need to be standardized and customizable so that you can basically program what button the sensor presses - same thing for VR. You can probably map or assign clicks to a certain area for all of the sensors. There's a lot of programming, building, and modelling involved, and you could probably model a fist with high output arduino or rpi. I don't have a grasp in these fields, so it's best to ask someone who does.

As for the robotic arm, manufacture-use arms are too heavy, too powerful and are too expensive, and I find them a big health hazard. Let's get into it when low-weight, low-cost and low-power arms are available in the public market.

Mechatronics systems engineering major here: I've been thinking about simulations for VR headsets lately. I think the way to go is to attach AR stickers to a doll and track them via camera. Then it's just a matter of getting the software running. Control systems are the point of failure in any hardware controlled VR setup, so eliminating them where possible is preferable.

I guess we could add an accelerometer to the doll setup, but I think adding mechanical points of failure to any VR simulation is a mistake.
