If you are in Japan, the cheapest place to buy stuff like that is on Amazon Japan. However, you'll need to have an address to get that shipped to. Do not attempt to operate a soldering iron made for voltages well below your voltage, as that will heat up too much, far too quickly. I ordered this from Amazon a few days ago.

Some really big pros and cons about it.
