When one is trying to survive combat, armor and protection is ideal. When one goes to exercise, there is appropriate attire to use as well such as track suits or basketball shorts.

What do you think she's trying to do in this image, anon? On the left one can see the bunny uniform. High heels do much to shape how the leg and butt appear, and the open shoulders on the top draw the eye toward the appealing curves of her upper body. To the right, notice how it is her washboard abs that remain uncovered- this is actually a rather clever inverse of technique to draw attention to a different aspect of her, namely how damn /fit/ she is. The pants in the second image have the kunoichi exposed hips and baggy pants as well, and transition into heavy but lace-up boots.
