Did you run the exe, or the shortcut? Exe needs the path to the Media directory and a garbage word as parameters otherwise it won't work.

I can't get this thing to run for the life of me. I searched for the .exe, found four directories, two with a exe size of 720kb and two with a size of 724kb. Some but not all parent directories of these contained a Media directory, each with different contents. And wherever I try to install either patch, when I run the program, it doesn't launch. I got a 9800GX2 in my Vista PC and it still doesn't run, so yeah. All the hardware in the world isn't gonna save you if the game is made by a Japanese company and will thus not run on anything but WinXP.
