I've obviously noticed like everyone else that his art really has gotten better, but Etarnity might very well be his very best work i've ever seen. It must be pretty damn good since historically i've always hated bug-human character designs.

EoSD portraits (for Reimu and Marisa) and PCB selection screen have the best ZUN art I can remember, with MoF being close. I like IN "side" approach but it's not objectively good, seems he got better with it during TD though.
Personally, I don't really like his new art (DDC era), the faces just look too plain and simplistic.
