I think that I saw an interview with ZUN where he said that characters that were playable in fighters once won't return EVER AGAIN. It's because developing a playable for a fighter is harder than doing the same for a danmaku game. So characters in fighters return only if the next game uses the same engine as the previous one.

Honestly Yuuka comes off not hating anything and it's more better described she's like a force of nature.

When you're that powerful everything except ceases to have any relevance and even the mundane suddenly becomes a game to you. Everything is insignificant to you, most living beings don't feel anything towards a bug and that is all everything is to her. She's not a sadist so much as it's just funny for her to see things react much like a child playing with a small animal and people get the impression she hates them.

Even her politeness is another means of entertainment the same way you might try not to step on lines on a sidewalk and I think this is actually mentioned somewhere else as a general trait of longer lived youkai.
