I played it for a while.
Never got really good at it since the battles seemed to take forever, though I did like how Eita had super mode and shit.

I remember doing some move in Practice mode in his super mode which was basically a kamikaze punch, but before he launches, photos with his what I'm guessing, would be life accomplishments flash by.

You are correct. Shame is reduces his hp to 1 and needs 9bars to do. My moon is noexistant, so I have no clue about the game other than the figtan.

This game is VERY unblanaced. They released a few patched. One would think that it would be their best intention to try to balance the game but they made it even worse. What's even more funny is that the company that made this game split into two groups and none of them want to work further on this game. There are plans on the second BBB, but this will happen somewhere in the future.

The fighter is or rather could be good, but the lack of any support killed this game.

- There's no wallslam limit
Doesn't matter if there's scaled pushback. Having no limit just leads to retarded loops.

- OTG window too huge.
It's a really stupid combo extender functionality. It's basically like "Do your combo, then do the exact same combo again starting from an OTG hit!". It's just dumb.

- 75% life BnBs
When half the cast can take over half your life with just a bnb or 1-stock bnb there's something wrong.

- Broken Burst system
Some characters have limited cancel rules on moves/supers. The Burst (P-Escape) system makes it possible to burst on reaction to a flash for a guaranteed punish combo. This is ridiculous, I don't care what it costs it's just too fucking unbelievably stupid. You can literally punish either of Kunagi's supers on reaction to the flash and she can't do shit about it, she WILL eat a full combo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acFSDWsGXTM

- Airblock anything and everything except 5B?
As outlined in my previous post, being that there's no airthrows and any move in the game can be airblocked other than 5b makes chicken blocking and OSing way too stupid.

I still have it around, better than some doujin fighters but I couldn't get into the combo system, especially since some characters (that boxing dude for one) were absolutely useless with it. Rouga and Senna were who i'd mainly use, and goofing off with Heita in SUUUPAAA MODO in practice mode rocked - shame it's kind of hard to supermode in an actual match. He's both the weakest and the strongest char.

Akatsuki BK wins more, though. Sugoroku mode <3
