Does anyone know how to download from Bilibili as of March 9th 2018? Youtube-dl doesn't work (error -5016), VideoDownloadHelper is no help ("You do not have permission to get URL '/07/92/32989207/32989207-1-64.flv' from this server.") and the last resort using Firefox's inspector gives the same exact thing. I'm out of ideas or... I suck? I used to be able to only a few weeks ago and now I can't.

After reading so many suggested methods gathered through my web searches, I was able to download my video... painfully. With Chrome and its debugger, and after clearing cache, restarting the browser and refreshing the page so many times and while keeping the video playing in the background. Note that under Chrome, I wasn't logged in. But I really doubt it will change anything.

Apparently, an alternative solution consists in using something called Jijidown. This program is entirely in Chinese but can download a video effortlessly, merging all segments by itself. Use effects sparingly. Some are nice, but make sure you don't go overboard. Also be sure to use interpolation curves (i think that's what they're called?) And learn a little more about basic animation. (fewer frames for fast movements, more for slower, stuff like that.)
