Tengu society is pretty closed to outsiders. It's not easy to approach them at all. They're the most modern by being big fish in a small, feudal-Japanese pond. They're still very traditional. Do keep in mind too that Aya is the tengu closest to humans, so others aren't friendly with us as she is.
So no. Not easy at all. Worth pursuing, maybe, but don't expect an easy lay.

this reminds me, I had a dream/nightmare once, where tengu were considered 'semi-parasitoid' youkai in that they weren't naturally fertile, so females had to pull people inside of them to sort of break them down and then rebuild them into a young tengu, being reborn via live birth or egg-laying at a later date. This was not a process that resulted in the death of the mind or body of the victim, nor a loss of consciousness.
