Update on this again - I had to email Amazon bitching that I had not gotten a refund this morning, and they replied telling me they got it back the same fucking day DHL sent it back to them, even though the original representatives told me they hadnt gotten the item yet.

My recommendation is that if this ever happens to you, do not wait patiently for Amazon to "process the refund" and instead bitch until they give it to you.
Hopefully I will actually get my refund but considering they sat around for 5 days with it back in stock while telling me "no no we have not got it back yet like previous representative told you, please be patient" I'm really not optimistic that I will not have to dispute this with my bank.

tl;dr use a forwarding service for amazon.jp if you're buying holes. Anything else though seemed to work fine, my womens clothing and lube arrived incredibly fast, though the box was terribly damaged.

Amazon is very slow to refund in general. I have sometimes had them take 2 months to finally give a refund. I dont care cuz Im loaded and just re-order, but amazon has your order period because they are just a frontman to convince you to deal with shitty fringe companies. You are already using a forwarding service, and it's called Amazon. They are hoping you work out things with the seller, or more likely, forget about the order.
