Installer in vista is not different than the one in XP. 64 bits is not any different. (although Win2003k 64 bits has different Programfile folder seperating 32b and 64b program, that doesn't really matter). A simple WIX can do all those. God..it takes me less than a day to create an installer. I do it on my job. What the fuck is Message doing for 4 fucking months!

Shirou's UBW has copy Phantasms already created, while Gil needs to "summon" them, thus the reason he had the edge over Gil during the deciding fight. He just had access to the weapons much faster than Gil. Also, remember they keep on emphasizing that Gil's sword technique wasn't up to par, so close combat was a disadvantage for goldie.
I am pretty sure if Shirou were against anyone else (Lancer's spear hacks, Rider's Horse hacks, Caster's magic hacks, or Saber's close combat), or if Gil had gotten a hold of his hack cone sword, he would've been fucked up pretty badly.
