Search something like how much do VTubers earn. The way it works for them is that all the money goes to the company initially and then they have some percentage split agreed that she can't talk about. She even thanks her members for paying her rent. It might not work exactly the same way for Hololive and the percetages might differ even among the companies own different employees but I would imagine its a somewhat similar arrangement being in the same industry.
