The cast of DDC was decent, I guess, but underwhelming compared to the previous games. Both Tsukumos and Raiko (if we're being honest here) are literally-hus. First 3 bosses are okay but never got any development. Shimmy and Seija are relevant. It's still underwhelming character and setting-wise compared to TD (although a lot better as an actual game)

LoLK is probably the strongest recent game when it comes to the story and characters. Not much to say here, well done ZUN. I'm still not a fan of Hecatia but lots of people like her. Although rabbits were a mistake.

WBaWC cast has a lot of potential, but the main issue so far is that most of them seem to hang out in places completely separate from Gensokyo, and it's not clear what can be done with them. If ZUN develops them somehow, this can turn out great. Or he might forget about them completely.

Ugly design, boring as fuck, not cute like Futo or cool like Miko.
The only notable thing about her is the daikon resemblance, and that's on the same level as Sakuya pad jokes.
