for example i'm not mad at people who say mean things to me on 4chan because i simply know that's part of the accept etiquette in this place, and there is similar etiquettes for every single community out there including the discord server (which is what i assume you are referring to when you are talking about my anger), now usually people protect this etiquette and there is a certain level of mutual understanding regarding the interactions people have, however there are times when people either willingly ignore it or unwillingly do something going against it, now this causes a strong reaction in anyone no matter in what community you are but the way you actually react very much depends on the community you are in, on 4chan and on the djt discord for example you would essentially bad mouth and bully that person off, now to outsiders that might seem like crazy individuals with manners saying mean stuff, and some people who want to put you into a bad light might interpret it as such, but in reality this is a very controlled reaction, in reaction to a breach of conduct which was implicitly understood between the participants of the community, and that's describes most episodes of "anger" and "two-facedness" you are referring to, or in other words you are simply not reading deep enough

I think that context of communities is indeed important for assessing behavior, but what's important to realize is that 4chan behavior is generally pretty fucking terrible and normalizing it is not good for yourself or other people. Being a petty, mean person is a dead end inhabited only by other petty, mean people. You shouldn't look at 4chan behavior (or your discord behavior) and think "ah yes, this is okay because it's normalized within this cultural bubble, we're all behaving in accordance to the social contract". You should think "damn this is fucked up and people shouldn't be acting like this at all in the first place". I don't look at anonymity/4chan bringing out the worst in people as a good thing or valuable culture to respect, I view it as people giving up on being good people due to a general lack of consequence, which over time turns people into pretty intolerable gremlins.

I think your general idea of viewing behavior in the context of the community the behavior occurred in is on the right path, but you also have to recognize that people are some degree defined by their actions, so if you're thriving in a "toxic asshole" community, then that probably reflects on your personality to some degree, and other communities will not want to deal with that kind of thing. After all, someone who doesn't like toxic people will probably not be actively participating in a toxic community.

On 4chan it might be normal to shit on people you don't like and move on without blinking since it's a forum the person in question probably doesn't even keep up with, but in real life if you shit on people (say join a community then start badmouthing said community in your own server) then that community will probably decide you're not a person they want to deal with and then just boot you. That's how real life is like. You can't just give up on being a good person and spew all the toxic thoughts you have at all times. People don't want to deal with toxic people. If that's how you're going to act, you just have to be prepared to burn bridges with everyone except fellow toxic assholes. Maybe that's all you need, but just don't be surprised when you get insta-banned from new communities based on past behavior. Actions do not occur in a vacuum and community context does not forgive all bad behavior.

How do you spell the shortened form of ください (kudasai), which sounds like "kudee"? In spoken Japanese I often hear things like 見ってください (mitte kudasai, watch/look at this please) shortened to something like 見ってくでえ (mitte kudee). I've always assumed this is a shortened form of ください, but I don't know how to spell it which makes it hard to look up. How is it spelled, and is it actually the informal equivalent of ください?

yes, for native english speakers, germanic and romance langs are n00b ez mode compared to japanese, and even the more distant indo european branches like slavic and indo iranian (russian, hindi, etc) are still quite a bit easier than jp due to ultimately similar phraseology and cognates (even if the cognates have generally semantically shifted all over the place compared to the cognates shared with say spanish or german)
even non-ie langs in the region like finnish and turkish, both of which share more grammar wise with japanese than with english, are still easier than japanese because phraseology is so much more similar to that of english
