Are there any Macfags on /jp/?
If so: How do you play your weeaboo games? Most visual novels don't run on Mac and neither do Touhou games. At least I have never seen any Mac versions of them.

I use Cider for Touhou. Works quite well.

There is also an official Macversion of ONScripter-En that works fine with Tsukihime and Umineko.
